Wissahickon Brewing Company is a family owned & operated brewery located in East Falls, Philadelphia, PA. The story begins with a dad and his sons and daughter homebrewing in their mother’s kitchen. After years of recipe formulation, education, and a lot of hard work and ambition, the Gill family fulfilled their dream and officially opened the doors of Wissahickon Brewing Company in their hometown of Philadelphia. After opening in 2017, the brewery has since grown tremendously. Wissahickon attributes its growth to brewing premium quality beer, staying involved within the local community, and challenging the status quo. New Zealand-Style Pilsner dry hopped w/ Nectaron. Dank and tropical aromas followed by crisp and refreshing finish.
Light American Pilsner malt and rice syrup were used to create a crisp and dry base, which was then carefully hopped with an American noble blend and Centennial hops
American lager dry hopped w/ cascade
German-style kölsch hopped w/ Saaz & Lemondrop
Brewed with a base of local Rustic Ale malt from Double Eagle and carefully mashed with a signature blend of caramel and roasted barely for color. We then conditioned the beer on local light roast coffee from Raker roaster

Yes! We have parking in front, on the side, and behind the brewery. If the lot is full on busy days, try parking across the street. We also have a bike rack in the front parking lot.

Yes! We sell Wissahickon hard cider along with wine and kombucha from local providers. We also concoct our own seasonal hot and cold drinks such as boozie slushies and hot apple cider. Our non-alcoholic options include kombucha, soda, seltzer, juice, and water.
