Dos Hermanos
Two brothers, a passion for cooking, and a love for their culture is what Dos Hermanos Tacos is all about. We are a Philadelphia based food truck, started back in November of 2014, using fresh ingredients and authentic spices to create food typical of our heritage in Mexico.

At Wokworks, everything is made from scratch & seared in a wok over high heat. Our wok artisans work in a sensory rich environment of clanking metal, smoke, steam, and jet torch flames. Each bowl is packed with intense flavor, nutrients and a hint of smokiness. It's all about "wok hei", the distinctively complex smoky flavor and aroma that can only be achieved when natural ingredients and intense heat meet in the wok.

Join us as we welcome Slowey & the Boats to the stage for a special Memorial weekend show! Because who needs the beach when you have a cold pint and live music right at your favorite brewery?

The Philadelphia-based quintet has been bringing their breezy and evocative sound to audiences since the group came together behind steel guitarist Isaac Stanford in early 2012. Specializing in obscure and overlooked melodies from far and wide, the group can transition seamlessly from a traditional Hawaiian melody to an Argentinian tango followed by a classic of the American Song book. The band has a long-running residency at Dawson St Pub in Philadelphia where they host an afternoon barbecue one Sunday every month. In addition to Stanford on the steel guitar, the quintet is currently comprised of David Streim on the Wurlitzer or Fender Rhodes, Mike Hlatky on upright bass, Fred Berman on drums, and Brennen Ernst on guitar.

Molto Bene 
Molto Bene! Ravioli Co. is the product of 15 years of friendship from co-founders Andy Polhemus and Gabriel Austin. The two had their first jobs in the industry together during their senior year of high school. It was during their Bonnaroo 2012 trip that Andy realized what he was meant to do: own a food truck. Andy eventually grew to manage multiple food trucks before age 25 while Gabriel embarked on a career in media while steadily cultivating his passion for food. Now the two are living in the same city for the first time since 2011 to chase dreams together.
